At Billingham Bags, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your bag in its original protective dust cover and shipping box to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the return.
